Location is fantastic. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room offered a clean space. I appreciate the complimentary ear plugs because city sounds do filter in, I slept deeply. The bed have great comfort. It feels safe thanks to the secure entry with fobs.

the staff was friendly and helpful. my room included tea making facilities and fresh towels daily. the location was perfect for exploring. it was close to public transport. i enjoyed visiting nearby attractions with ease.
i found the room a bit small. the lack of window made it feel a little cramped

The location proved fantastic!!! it was close to everything i needed to reach. the staff were really helpful and friendly. the room was super clean too. I even told the cleaner how great a job she did.
my room lacked a hairdryer, a bit inconvenient. the shower drain was also quite slow. this made showers have to be super quick to avoid flooding. the room was very small, lacking a table. it also had no window, only a spot to crash.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

The lack of soundproofing was a real issue. I could hear everything from the street and neighboring rooms. It made getting a good night's sleep almost impossible. the promised amenities were not fully available. A hairdryer was missing from the room, and I had to ask for one at the bar. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The room's window trembled every time a bus passed. It was HORRIBLE!!!

the room lacked a hairdryer. i also noticed there were no coffee sachets, just tea bags. the shower drained slowly, requiring very short showers. the single room was also small.
